The day before, Wilson and I found a sinkhole. ~flashback~ We just got done taking out a boulder with our picks. It was dusk and everything was going to bed as the shadows came. The boulder was actually covering a hole that looked like it never ended. We both jumped  as bat like this flew out of the hole. Wilson grabbed me and held me close as we laid on the ground. Soon as the bat like creatures were done coming out, we both stood up. The bats turn to us with their expression turning grimmer by the second. "Ah Wilson, we should go." I said while pulling Wilson the opposite direction of the bats. They let out a screech and flew towards us.

The carnival had always had a really creepy vibe. At least, that's what [f/n] thought. But the carnival in the gloom, filled with hundreds of Infected? Ten thousand times worse. However, she always found a way to lighten the mood. After saving Nick from a Hunter at one point in time, she had spotted a little something-something on the side of his neck. She hadn't planned on mentioning it, however. Until now. Nick and Ellis would just not stop arguing. Rochelle and Coach had gone out of the safe room for a quick check of surroundings.. But [f/n] suspected it was really just to get away from the two bickering idiots. So, she broke their
